This is an informational and enquiry website for Raghurajaji Enterprises Private Limited ("Raghuraja Ji"), an Indian company providing contract packing, private labelling, storage and delivery services on a business-to-business basis. It is not a shop. No products are sold or supplied to individual consumers through this website.

3. Scope Of Our Services

• We provide packing, labelling, warehousing and delivery services only.
• We do not manufacture, produce, blend or formulate cigarettes, pan masala, tobacco or any related product.
• We operate within India only. We do not export or handle international shipments.
• We work only with registered businesses, not with individual consumers.

4. Age Restriction

7. Working Terms

• Quotations are valid only as stated in writing and are not binding until accepted by both parties.
• Minimum quantities, pack formats, turnaround times and payment terms are agreed per engagement.
• The client is responsible for the legality, safety and accuracy of the material supplied to us, and for holding all licences and registrations required for that product.
• The client is responsible for supplying correct artwork and for the accuracy of brand, MRP and declaration content provided to us.
• We apply statutory warnings and declarations as required by law, but the client remains responsible for overall product compliance.
• We may decline or stop work on any material we reasonably believe to be unlawful, unsafe or improperly documented.

8. Storage & Risk

Goods held in our warehouse remain the property of the client. We take reasonable care of stored material, but the client is advised to maintain their own insurance covering goods in storage and in transit. Our responsibility is limited as set out in the specific agreement between the parties.

9. Intellectual Property

The Raghuraja Ji name, logo and the content of this website belong to or are licensed by Raghurajaji Enterprises Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without permission. Client artwork and brand materials remain the property of the client and are used by us only to carry out the agreed work.

10. Limitation Of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from use of this website or related dealings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India, unless a specific contract states otherwise.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
